- You are 18 years or older
- You have metastatic triple-negative breast cancer that has gotten worse after at least one chemotherapy treatment
- You are able to provide a sample of your tumor tissue from a previous biopsy or surgery
- You have not had severe side effects from naxitamab or sacituzumab govitecan before
- You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious heart or lung disease, or active infections
- You have not had radiation therapy within the last week before starting the study
