Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older.
- Your cancer is “triple-negative” (ER and PR are very low and HER2 is negative).
- After chemo before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) and surgery, there is still remaining invasive cancer in the breast or lymph nodes.
- You’ve had the diagnostic biopsy before treatment and there’s tissue available from the remaining cancer after surgery.
- You’re well enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1).
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are strong enough for study treatment.
