Steroid injections and nerve hydrodissection for carpal tunnel

This trial compares two treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: a corticosteroid injection (which reduces swelling) and a newer technique called nerve hydrodissection (which uses fluid to free the nerve). The goal is to see which works better for relieving pain and improving hand function.

Ultrasound imaging for carpal tunnel syndrome

This study tests whether a special ultrasound scan can help doctors better see and treat carpal tunnel syndrome, a common condition that causes numbness and pain in the hand. If you have mild to moderate symptoms, this imaging tool may guide more precise care.

Radiofrequency or Hyaluronidase for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

This study compares two treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: a special type of radiofrequency (a heat-based nerve treatment) and an injection of hyaluronidase (a fluid that separates tissues around the nerve).
