Nerve Movement Therapy for Low Back and Leg Pain

This study tests whether a specialized physical therapy technique that gently mobilizes the sciatic nerve can reduce low back pain that radiates down the leg. If you have this type of pain, this trial may help you recover mobility and reduce discomfort.

NCT07411053Not yet recruiting
EMS and body awareness exercises for chronic low back pain

This trial tests whether combining electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) with gentle body awareness exercises can reduce chronic low back pain more than exercises alone. It may be an option if you have had low back pain for at least 3 months with no specific cause found.

NCT07242235Not yet recruiting
TENS for back stiffness in young adults with low back pain

This study tests if TENS (a gentle electrical stimulation therapy) can quickly reduce stiffness in the lower back muscles of people with long-lasting low back pain. If you are between 18 and 30 and have had non-specific low back pain for at least 3 months, this might be relevant to you.

NCT07368920Recruiting
TENS for low back pain in adults

This study tests if a non-invasive device called TENS (which uses gentle electrical pulses) can help relieve low back pain that comes from muscle knots or tight bands. The device is applied to the skin over the painful area.

Nerve stimulation and exercise for sciatica leg pain

This study tests whether combining a mild electrical stimulation of the sciatic nerve with specific exercises can reduce leg pain from sciatica. It is for people whose nerve-related leg pain has lasted over 6 months and is at least a 3 out of 10 in intensity.

Nerve Stretching for Lower Leg Pain Relief

This study tests whether gentle stretching exercises targeting the sciatic nerve (a major nerve in your leg) can help reduce leg pain and improve how your body perceives pain. Researchers will compare this treatment to standard care to see if it works.
