Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with male or female pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia).
  • You have not used any hair-loss treatments like topical minoxidil or finasteride in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have other hair loss causes, such as hormonal issues, scarring, or inflammatory conditions.
  • You have no known allergy to minoxidil.
  • You do not have serious heart, kidney, or liver disease, and you do not have high or low blood pressure.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and you are willing to give written consent.
