  • You are a man aged 18 to 60 years old
  • You have male-pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia) at moderate to advanced stages
  • You have not used hair-loss treatments in the last 6 months (or only briefly within that timeframe)
  • You are willing to shave a small target area on your scalp and get a permanent tiny tattoo mark for measurement purposes
  • You agree to keep your hairstyle, hair length, and hair color the same throughout the study
  • You do not have other scalp conditions, heart problems, kidney disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure
