Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your bladder cancer is low-grade and has come back, OR you are newly diagnosed with low-grade bladder cancer confirmed within 8 weeks
- The largest tumor is 15 mm (about 1.5 cm) or smaller, and you have no more than 5 tumors
- You do not have high-grade or muscle-invasive bladder cancer, and your urine cytology is negative for high-grade disease
- You have not received any treatment inside the bladder in the last year
- You agree to use effective contraception for 6 months after treatment
