Who can take part
- You are a Kaiser Permanente Northern California member between 18 and 44 years old.
- You were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes within the last 6 months.
- You take care of at least one child under 18 years old.
- You identify as Latino, Latina, or Latinx.
- You can receive text messages and are comfortable reading and speaking English or Spanish.
- You are not pregnant and do not have type 1 diabetes.
