Who can take part
- Between 18 and 80 years old.
- Have active inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis).
- Have not taken any IBD treatments in the past 4 weeks.
- Have a colonoscopy within 7 days before or after the PET/CT scan.
- Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy (for men, not planning to father a child).
- No other conditions that make a PET/CT difficult (like severe illness, allergy to the tracer, or severe claustrophobia).
