Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with stomach, breast, or bladder cancer that is HER2-positive (a certain protein on the cancer cells).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable levels.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use birth control during the study.
  • You do not have certain serious medical conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, recent heart attack, or active infections.
