Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with migraine by a doctor and have had menstrual-related migraines for at least 12 months.
- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- Your menstrual cycle is regular (21 to 35 days) and your period lasts 3 to 7 days.
- You have had at least 3 headache days during your period (from 2 days before to 3 days after) and at least 5 total headache days each cycle over the past 3 months.
- You are willing to keep a headache diary and not used migraine prevention medication in the last month.
- You have not received acupuncture treatment in the last 3 months and are not afraid of needles.
