  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have plaque psoriasis.
  • You have good vein access for blood draws.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study and for 3 months after.
  • You have not used certain immune-suppressing medicines (like methotrexate or cyclosporine) in the last 4 weeks.
  • You do not have any other medical or mental health condition that could make the study risky for you.
