Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You should have moderate to severe plaque psoriasis that has been stable for at least 6 months and covers at least 10% of your body.
  • You cannot have used certain psoriasis treatments (like some biologics or phototherapy) within the past few weeks or months, depending on the treatment.
  • You should not have had a serious infection, TB, or certain other health conditions (like liver problems, heart failure, or a history of cancer).
  • For women of childbearing age and men who can father children, you must use birth control and not donate eggs or sperm during and for a while after the study.
