Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You are healthy without heart or metabolic problems like diabetes or high blood pressure
  • You exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes or more for the past 6 months
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
  • You have no allergies to caffeine, berries, or other ingredients in the supplement
  • You are not training heavily (6 or more days per week) and haven't started new supplements recently
