Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (confirmed by a genetic test, sweat test, or taking modulator medication).
  • You are not taking medications that could make exercise dangerous (like certain antibiotics, beta blockers, or statins).
  • You do not have unstable diabetes, an eating disorder, or any condition that makes exercise unsafe (like chest pain or uncontrolled blood pressure).
  • Your weight has been stable (not changed by more than 6.6 pounds) in the last 3 months.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, waiting for an organ transplant, or on long-term oxygen therapy.
  • You are able to read and speak English and give your consent to join.
