Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a solid tumor that was confirmed by a biopsy or other lab test.
  • You have at least one area where the cancer has spread to a bone (this must be seen on a scan or confirmed by tissue biopsy).
  • You are able to take care of yourself (doctor's rating of 0 or 1 or 2 on a standard scale).
  • You have not received radiation or certain other treatments for your bones just before the study starts.
