  • Your surgery is either open or minimally invasive (endoscopic).
  • The surgery is in general, gynecologic, urologic, or thoracic areas.
  • Your surgeon plans to use the investigational stapler device during your procedure.
  • You do not have any condition that makes stapling unsafe, like using it on large arteries or very thin or thick tissue.
