Who can take part
- You are between 8 and 14 weeks pregnant (confirmed by ultrasound).
- You are carrying one baby and the baby looks healthy on ultrasound.
- You have lived in the study area for at least the last 6 months and plan to stay through your pregnancy, delivery, and after the baby is born.
- You are willing to take the study supplement and follow the study procedures.
- After birth, your baby's weight is measured within 72 hours, and you plan to breastfeed for at least 6 months.
