This study tests a program to reduce burnout for doctors, nurses, and staff in VA primary care clinics. If you work on a Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT) in certain VA clinics in one region, you may be able to join.

Who can take part

  • You work at a participating VA primary care clinic (2 VA Medical Centers or 3 community clinics in one VA network).
  • You are a primary care provider, registered nurse, clinical associate (like a licensed vocational nurse), or administrative associate (like a clerk).
  • You are part of a regular Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT) teamlet at your clinic.
  • You are not part of a special type of PACT teamlet.
  • You do not work at other VA clinics outside the study sites.
