  • You are a doctor or nurse currently working in healthcare.
  • You can read and understand Spanish.
  • You have a computer and internet access at home or work.
  • You have not had psychological therapy in the past year and are not currently in therapy.
  • You do not have a severe medical condition that could affect your mood (e.g., uncontrolled disease) or a substance abuse disorder.
  • You are not at serious risk of suicide (screened using a standard questionnaire).
