Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and still responds to hormone therapy (your doctor will confirm this).
- Your doctor has decided that the triple therapy with darolutamide is right for you.
- You are generally well and able to take care of yourself (a score of 0 or 1 on the ECOG scale).
- You are expected to live at least 1 more year, and you can commit to regular blood tests for PSA during treatment.
- You have not had another type of cancer in the last 2 years, and you have no severe heart or blood vessel problems in the last 6 months.
