Who can take part
- You must be an adult male at least 18 years old.
- You must have prostate cancer that has spread to bones or other organs (confirmed by scans).
- You must be a candidate for both hormone therapy (ADT) and chemotherapy (docetaxel).
- If you already started hormone therapy, it must have been within the last 12 weeks.
- You must be in good enough health to be up and about most of the day (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have had certain other prostate cancer treatments like abiraterone, enzalutamide, or prior chemotherapy for this cancer.
