  • You live in Harbin city (any gender).
  • You have at least two of these: diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or obesity.
  • You have never had a heart attack, stroke, or related blood vessel problem.
  • You are willing to join the study and sign a consent form.
  • You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the last month.
  • You are not pregnant, and you do not have any autoimmune disease, cancer, or severe organ problems.
