Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your general health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have been diagnosed with stage II, IIIA, or specific stage IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that a surgeon believes can be completely removed.
  • Your tumor tests positive for PD-L1 (a protein) at a level of 1% or higher.
  • You have not had any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
  • Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, and blood counts) work well enough based on blood tests.
  • If you can become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
