Studying Body Chemistry and Gut Bacteria in Pancreatic Cancer

Who can take part

  • You have pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable).
  • You are about to start your first treatment for this cancer, like chemotherapy or chemo plus an experimental immunotherapy.
  • Your overall health is good enough to get treatment and to give blood and stool samples (performance status 0-2).
  • You are not currently on long-term antibiotics or probiotics, or are willing to stop them during the study.
  • You do not have another active cancer that could interfere with the study results.
