Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You weigh more than 88 pounds (40 kg) and have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 40.
  • You have had plaque psoriasis (raised, red, scaly patches) for at least 6 months.
  • If you could become pregnant or could get someone pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study.
  • You have not taken a TYK2 inhibitor before, and you have not used certain other psoriasis treatments recently (like biologics or strong immune-suppressing drugs).
  • You do not have a serious infection like untreated tuberculosis, or a history of certain autoimmune diseases other than psoriasis.
