Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage III or IV) and qualify for early palliative care (diagnosed within 3 months and have symptoms like pain, shortness of breath, or emotional distress)
- You or your primary caregiver are comfortable using the internet and have access to a computer and telephone
- You are able to carry out daily activities (ECOG performance status 0-3, meaning you can be up and about more than half the day)
- You speak and understand Spanish or Catalan
- You have no serious cognitive or psychiatric issues that could interfere with the evaluation
