Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with a low-risk pregnancy and no muscle, bone, or health issues that would make exercise unsafe.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You understand and speak Spanish.
  • You can commit to using an exercise game device for 30 minutes, 2-3 times a week, for at least 8 weeks.
  • You must read and sign a consent form to join.
