Who can take part

  • You must have advanced clear cell kidney cancer that has spread to at least 3 places in your bones, and at least one of those bone spots is not getting radiation.
  • You must have had 1 to 3 prior treatments for your cancer, including either an immunotherapy combination or a targeted therapy combination.
  • You need to have seen a dentist within the last 90 days and gotten clearance to receive bone-strengthening medication.
  • Your overall health should be reasonably good (ECOG score 0-2) and your blood tests must show that your organs (kidneys, liver, blood counts) are working well enough.
  • You cannot have untreated or unstable brain metastases, major bleeding problems, or serious heart conditions.
