Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have a type of bone sarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have had at least one prior treatment for your cancer, but no more than two.
  • You have not taken a similar drug (like cabozantinib, regorafenib, or pazopanib) before.
  • You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and weigh at least 40 kg (88 lbs).
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are within certain safe limits.
