Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma With no Other Specification

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new treatment made from specially activated natural killer cells from a donor. It is for people with diffuse large B cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments, including CAR T-cell therapy.

Cord blood CAR NK cells for B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new treatment using immune cells from cord blood, called CAR NK cells, to fight certain types of B-cell lymphoma that have come back or not responded to other treatments. It is designed for people who have tried at least two prior therapies.

NCT07164469Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
CAR NK cells for lymphoma that returns early

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy for people with certain types of lymphoma (Hodgkin or diffuse large B-cell) that did not respond fully to first treatment or came back within a year. The therapy uses modified natural killer (NK) cells that target a protein called CD70 found on the cancer cells.

NCT07283679Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
NK cell therapy with two immune agents for returning lymphoma

This trial tests a new combination of specially grown immune cells (NK cells) plus two drugs that help them attack cancer. It's for people with a type of B-cell lymphoma that came back after at least two prior treatments or a stem cell transplant, and who have either failed or are not eligible for CAR-T cell therapy.

Odronextamab before CAR-T for large B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a drug called odronextamab for people with large B-cell lymphoma whose cancer did not respond to or came back after initial treatment. The goal is to see if odronextamab can help shrink the tumor before getting CAR-T cell therapy.

Experimental cell therapy for relapsed B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new cell therapy called CT1190B for people with certain types of B-cell lymphoma that have come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. It aims to see if this therapy can help control the cancer.

Test of CAR T-cell therapy for aggressive B-cell lymphoma

This Phase 1/2 study tests a lab-made immune cell treatment (CAR T cells) made from your own blood cells to treat aggressive large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or didn’t respond. If you qualify, the goal is to see whether this treatment is safe and can shrink lymphoma.
