Who can take part
- You are a man between 18 and 50 years old.
- You have had premature ejaculation for your whole life (since your first sexual experiences).
- You estimate that you usually ejaculate within about 1 minute of starting vaginal intercourse.
- During a 4-week monitoring period, you must have at least 3 sexual encounters where you ejaculate in under 90 seconds (confirmed by a timer).
- You are not taking any medications or drugs that might affect your ejaculation or that act on certain brain receptors (dopamine D3).
