Who can take part
- Be a male between 18 and 50 years old.
- Have been diagnosed with premature ejaculation (ejaculation within 1-2 minutes of starting sex) that causes you distress or relationship problems.
- Be in a stable sexual relationship with a partner for at least 6 months.
- Not have erectile dysfunction (difficulty getting or keeping an erection).
- Not have a severe mental health condition like major depression or bipolar disorder, or a neurological condition like multiple sclerosis.
- Not be taking medications like antidepressants (SSRIs) or other psychotropic drugs.
