Who can take part

  • You are generally healthy and between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have mild to moderate anxiety (scoring 5-14 on a standard anxiety questionnaire).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9.
  • You do not have a history of neurological, psychiatric, digestive, or serious medical conditions.
  • You are not currently taking antidepressants, antibiotics, or probiotics.
  • You do not smoke regularly and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
