  • You are the main caregiver for a child with autism (confirmed by a doctor).
  • The child is between 6 and 11 years old (primary school age).
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can read and communicate in Chinese.
  • You have not taken part in a similar psychological program in the past year and are willing to fill out questionnaires three times.
