Who can take part

  • Your baby is between 34 and 36 weeks corrected age
  • Your baby is healthy enough for gentle mouth stimulation
  • You give permission by signing a consent form
  • Your baby does not have a cleft lip or palate or a major muscle/nerve condition
  • There is no medical reason to avoid feeding your baby by mouth
