  • You are 18 years old or older
  • Your cancer is advanced and has a specific mutation called TP53 Y220C
  • You have already tried at least one previous cancer treatment and your cancer has gotten worse
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
  • You are able to take care of yourself and are up and about most of the day
  • Your major organs and bone marrow are working well enough
