Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments no longer work or are not an option.
  • Your tumor must be measurable on scans.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (up and about more than 50% of waking hours).
  • You need to provide a sample of your tumor tissue for testing.
  • You must have adequate bone marrow, kidney, and liver function.
