New imaging agent for metastatic clear cell kidney cancer

This trial tests a new radioactive imaging agent (111In-XYIMSR-01) to see how well it finds clear cell kidney cancer that has spread. It involves a special SPECT/CT scan and may help doctors better see where the cancer is.

Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Your kidney cancer must be the clear cell type (confirmed by biopsy).
- You must have 2 to 10 visible cancer spots, each at least 1.5 cm on a recent CT or MRI scan (within the last 60 days).
- Your blood tests (liver, kidney, blood counts) need to be within certain ranges – your doctor can check these.
- You should not have had any cancer treatment (like immunotherapy or targeted therapy) in the past 12 months.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding (if applicable).
