  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32.
  • You are in good general health with no major medical conditions.
  • You are not taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications (except for birth control or as allowed by the study doctor).
  • You are a nonsmoker or have been smoke-free for at least 3 months.
