Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can take part in routine care and follow-up visits.
- You have schizophrenia and your doctor has decided to treat you with KarXT (xanomeline and trospium chloride).
- You have either started KarXT in the last 16 weeks and plan to stop your old antipsychotic, OR you are on a stable dose of another antipsychotic and plan to switch to KarXT for reasons like side effects or how well it works.
- You are not currently in another research study involving a treatment.
- You are not allergic to xanomeline or trospium chloride, and do not have conditions like urinary retention, stomach blockage, severe liver problems, or narrow-angle glaucoma.
- You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
