Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have HER2-positive breast cancer (a specific type of cancer with high HER2 protein) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have already been treated with the drug T-DXd and your cancer got worse during or after that treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you can do most daily activities without help.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges (checked by blood tests).
