Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HER2-low (a specific protein level).
  • You have already received at least two cycles of T-DXd (trastuzumab deruxtecan) treatment for your advanced disease.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (this includes a tumor in an area that was previously treated with radiation if it has grown back).
  • You are able to perform daily activities with minimal or no help (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your heart function is good (measured by an echo or MUGA scan) and your organs are working well based on lab tests.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have certain lung, liver, or blood conditions that could make the treatment unsafe.
