Chocolate and almonds: Chewing, fullness, and blood sugar

Who can take part

  • You should have a healthy body weight (BMI between 18.5 and 27.9) or a waistline smaller than 88 cm.
  • No known allergies to foods, especially almonds or chocolate.
  • You are not someone who restrains your eating (like dieting or controlling portions often).
  • You are not on medications that affect appetite, digestion, blood sugar, or chewing (birth control is okay).
  • You have regular monthly cycles if you are a woman who hasn't gone through menopause.
