Who can take part

  • Your first screening blood-flow test (RHI on the EndoPAT device) must be under 2.0
  • Your BMI must be between 25.0 and 35
  • You must be able and willing to follow all study visits and procedures
  • You should not have had blood donation in the past 30 days
  • Your platelet count must be at least 150,000 per microliter
  • You should not have anemia or low hemoglobin/hematocrit on screening labs
