This trial tests a short Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) program to help young adults reduce problem gambling. If you're between 18 and 25, have some gambling concerns, and speak Spanish, you may be able to join from home via online sessions.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 25 years old
- You have some problems with gambling, based on a short questionnaire
- You understand Spanish and can attend online sessions
- You are not currently in therapy or taking medication for gambling disorder
- You have not received ACT therapy in the last 6 months
- You do not have problematic use of alcohol or other drugs
