Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • For colorectal cancer group: You have been diagnosed with colorectal adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy, and have not yet received any anti-cancer treatment.
  • For colorectal cancer group: You must have tumor tissue and blood samples available to submit.
  • You do not have a family history of hereditary colorectal cancer.
  • You do not have poorly controlled chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or inflammatory bowel disease.
  • You have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, or immunosuppressants recently (within the past month or six months).
