Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with colorectal cancer (adenocarcinoma).
- You were diagnosed at ages 18–40 if you were female and not through menopause, or 18–50 if you were male.
- Your doctor says your colon or rectal cancer treatment is meant to be curative (adjuvant or neoadjuvant therapy).
- You have not had any prior drug treatment for this same colorectal cancer.
- You are able and willing to sign consent and complete study questionnaires.
- If you have a uterus/ovaries: no history of ovary removal surgery; and you cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
