Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have tested positive for H. pylori (a stomach infection) and have never been treated for it
- You are not allergic to any of the study medications (vonoprazan, amoxicillin, tetracycline, metronidazole, or clarithromycin)
- You have not taken antibiotics or acid-reducing medicines in the past month (except aspirin ≤100 mg/day)
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study
