- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with migraine without aura (migraines without warning signs) for at least 1 year.
- You have had at least 2 migraine attacks per month.
- You have not taken any migraine prevention medications or treatments in the past month.
- You are willing to try either the needling therapy or the oral medication (flunarizine).
